[London was a mess, to put it simply, Eddie was doing his best to walk around the debris littering the street. The sky is a dull, ugly gray color.]

This place is a fucking wreck. [He sighs this, keeping the food he has handy tucked his arm as he tried to avoid stepping over crumbling Akuma bodies. The roadie keeping his eyes on his surroundings. He doing his best to stay quiet as to not attract attention.

This plan works out pretty well for several blocks, he relaxing a little when he sees the music store. Starting to jog over to it. A smile slowly appearing as he mentally congratulates himself for making it this far and running into no troub-]

Eddie!? Wait! Slow down! [The pace Eddie had, so very close to the music store is halted when he hears that voice. He whipping around to stare at the brunette suddenly appearing. It was Ophelia. His Ophelia. He's within sight of the music store, food nearly being dropped as he takes in the brunette in surprise.]

...Ophs?

One and only. [She says this with a smile, walking towards him. Lips pulled into a smile as they stared at one another. Eddie's considerably distracted as she gets closer, his heart jumping into his throat.] Babe! You're- normal!

Of course I am~ [She smiles, fluttering her lashes, Eddie is too dumbfounded to notice the fact Ophelia would NEVER do that. Eddie has failed to notice another thing, an black inky substance curling around his feet, shifting behind him, gathering into a puddle as she approached him.]

Pfft, whatever. "Sorry for saving your life?" I'm not complaining.

[She gives him a sassy grin, then turns around to get a better look at where they are. More storefronts, everything looking trashed.]

They sure know how to keep this city looking nice.

[That eases Eddie decently, he lapsing back into his usual grin. He says the next part half teasing.]

Okay, got me there kiddo.

[He glances out at the city, before nodding. Astutely having to add in his version of events.] Looks like they had one hellva party and didn't invite us. Fuckers.

Sigh. You're just jealous because you're old.

[She agrees with the party bit though. She starts down the street a bit further.] There's gotta be a restaurant around here someplace... that hasn't been obliterated. [She doesn't sound terribly optimistic about that, though.]

Still going to argue with you over thirty being old, since it's not. [He replies somewhat teasingly back. The roadie walking along with her, taking in the beaten up scenery.]

London's a big place, we'll find something. Even if we don't find the restaurant, we can bunker down in another building for the night. [He says easily back, glancing back when something catches his eye. His foot being caught as well by something on the ground as his attention wanders, he going from athletic to falling on his ass.

Though there isn't an oof or thud of Eddie hitting the ground, just silence. He's gone, but a black hole in the ground is there in his place.]

Eddie?

[Oh, for fuck's sake. A giant hole in the ground? Really? REALLY? She gets down on her knees and calls into it.] Eddie? EDDDDIEEEE? Are you okay?!

[Might be a panicked right there.]

[She looks around for something that might cushion her fall, but if she throws in, say, a mattress, it might clobber Eddie before she jumped in. Besides there's none of that around, and the Akuma could come back, and--]
